845a. Pediatric Pharmacology. 1 credit hour. The course content focuses on principles of drug therapy, mechanisms of action, and selection of pharmaceutical agents in pediatric clinical practice. Emphasis is on commonly used drugs in pediatrics. Required for all pediatric nurse practitioner students in the second year of specialization. Open to others with permission of the instructor.
