Membership Information
The Center offers many ways for individuals to participate in its activities as core faculty, fellows, associate fellows, or graduate affiliates.
Core Faculty are YSN faculty who teach core courses related to chronic illness care in the master's and doctoral programs. They advise the Director regarding the overall work of the Center, including its priorities, planning and projects.
Fellows are Yale University faculty members who have expertise in areas that are relevant to the Center's mission and are involved with scholarship, research, or practice that overlaps or informs the Center's activities. They participate in specific Center projects.
Associate Fellows are individuals who hold positions in policy making institutions, health care organizations, or other entities, and are interested in issues in chronic illness care.
Graduate Affiliates are graduate students from any discipline who are interested in the Center's work.
