Program for the Study of Healthcare Relationships
With the support of the Patrick and Catherine Weldon Donaghue Medical Research Foundation, the Yale School of Nursing (YSN) and the University of Connecticut School of Nursing have developed a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, statewide program to generate and disseminate knowledge about the relational aspects of health care, with a focus on patient adherence to therapeutic regimes. This initiative, the Program for the Study of Health Care Relationships, will establish a forum for the coordinated study of the dynamics of relationships among patients, caregivers, practitioners, providers, payers and others involved in patient care.
