Yale School of Nursing Faculty Practice Group
Yale Midwifery Group (New Haven, CT)
Certified nurse-midwives (CNMs) are licensed health care providers who study nursing and midwifery.
We are trained and experienced to provide health care to women including:
care during labor and birth, and care after birth, including newborn care, family planning, pregnancy planning, gynecological exams, and care during menopause.
We work with you to help you stay healthy, and to feel safe and satisfied with your care.
We work in a team that includes physicians, nurses, social workers, and high-risk specialists.
We specialize in caring for healthy women during their childbearing years and beyond.
When complications or high risk problems arise, we work with physician specialists,
medical residents and other health care professionals at Yale University to meet your needs.
We are committed to teaching the next generation of midwives who are students at the Yale School of Nursing while giving excellent care to our clients.
