Where Should I go when I get to the hospital?

Go to the entrance of the Children's Hospital on Howard Avenue at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Between midnight and 6:30am, you will need to enter through the Children's Emergency Room entrance. The admitting department will guide you to Labor & Birth from there.

Our working hours are

During weekday office hours (8:30am - 4:30pm), call the Women's Center for advice. The number is 688-4101.
After office hours and on the weekends, call Labor & Birth and ask to speak with the nurse-midwife on call. The number is 688-2309.
