Lois has been selected for the Excellence in Nursing Research Award from the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners NAPNAP for 2008.

The award will be given to her at the annual NAPNAP meeting this April in Nashville, TN.

The mission of NAPNAP is "promoting optimal health for children through leadership, practice, advocacy, education and research."
