Frank Grosso awarded PhD in Education Administration

Frank Grosso, YSN's Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, was recently awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Administration from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.

Dr. Grosso's dissertation title was "Motivating Faculty Through Transformational Leadership: A Study of the Relationship Between Presidential Leadership Behaviors and Faculty Behaviors."
