Sandra Talley Helps Develop National Strategic Plan Sandra Talley, Associate Professor at YSN, was a principal participant in the development of a national strategic plan aimed at improving the education of psychiatric-mental health nurses in the area of tobacco dependence, the influencing of policy, and the development of a plan to assess interventions in clinical practice. Nicholas Croce, Executive Director of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, commented "Yale University School of Nursing should take great pride in the contribution that Sandra is making on a national level to address a significant health problem."
