All studies conducted through APRNet are approved by the APRNet Advisory Board, comprised of APRNet members and members of the communities they serve. You and your site's administration must also approve any APRNet study conducted at your site. All APRNet research is approved by Yale's Human Subjects Research Review Committee, a Federally approved Institutional Review Board (IRB). Collection of all personal health information research data is compliant with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
