GPSS Report on Race, Diversity, & Inclusion at Yale

The Ad Hoc Committee on Diversity and Inclusion of the Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) recently released the 2016 Report on Race, Diversity, and Inclusion at Yale (link to full report).

The Committee, formed in response to events on campus last fall, conducted a survey with Graduate & Professional students that asked about their experiences with bias and discrimination at Yale.  The results of the survey and recommendations to address the findings are presented in the 2016 report.
