Students Brighten Neighborhood with Mural

Students from Yale University School of Nursing's Healthy Neighbors Project worked with neighborhood children to design and create a mural. The banner will be hung in the courtyard of the Church Street South apartments, a housing project neighboring YSN. Healthy Neighbors also runs health education events, tutoring, and other beautification projects in the community.

YSN students gathered with area residents, including Alderwoman Dolores Colon, on a sunny Saturday morning to paint the mural, which will be hung in the courtyard and visible from Union Station.
