Albert is a nurse leader from Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. He was responsible for daily operations of the nursing department prior to his newly created position of Assistant Vice President to lead evidence based practice, patient centered care and clinical excellence in the care of older adults. His bachelors in nursing was completed in the Philippines, and his adult nurse practitioner from NYU. His interest in transformational leadership and health policy inspired his post-master’s work from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University. He lives in upstate New York and is married to an experienced pediatric ED nurse and the proud father of two boys.
