Caroline Austin-Mattison

Caroline is currently a cardiovascular nurse practitioner at a large medical center in New York City. With her passion for cardiovascular disease prevention, Caroline is responsible for the management of patients on the ADS with congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome and multiple co-morbidities at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Caroline graduated from Mercy College with a bachelor’s degree and obtained her master’s degree from Pace University. In addition to her commitment to education, Caroline has been the moderator at the Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Symposium and is co-author of North General Hospital, in Conjunction with Mount Sinai Medical Center, Implements Diagnostic CCL for East Harlem Residents (2006).
