Caroline is a Director within PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP’s Health Industries Payer/ Provider Practice. She has extensive healthcare experience ranging from global strategy, business, operations, clinical practice and research within corporate, academic and non-profit sectors and is a recognized national speaker and author. Her executive experience includes futuristic innovative design, business transformation, new product and service commercialization, patent submission, process improvement, complex change management, clinical nursing and clinical & economic research. Prior to joining PWC, Caroline was on the Executive Council of a large Health Information Systems (HIS) corporation serving some of the largest payers, providers and national organizations. Her executive management experience spans from Global Business Strategy, ICD-10 Implementation, Reimbursement/Pay for Outcomes (P4O) business and operations focusing on outcomes based healthcare transformation; population based accountable care, Clinical & Economic Research clinical logic payment methodologies and Domain Marketing. Caroline began her career at a large academic medical center as an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) followed by management of Coronary Care/ Transplant Units, National Institutes of Health (NIH) research trials and creation of a successful outcome based Health Promotion business.
