A native of Uganda, Mastura is president and founder of Zalwango Health and Wellness Concierge, PC, Chicago, a house call program for Medicare and Medicaid patients who have difficulty with access to primary care. Mastura oversees medication management, assessment of clients and their support systems, coordination of care among different health professionals, teaching patients about disease process, and providing needed primary care services. In addition to running her own nurse program, Mastura is a nurse practitioner contractor for Home Care Physicians in Bloomingdale, Illinois. In 2007, she earned her bachelor’s from Loyola University and her master’s degree from North Park University in 2010.
