Kami Rapp currently works as the patient safety officer for University Health System in San Antonio, TX. Her previous nursing experience includes trauma and neuro ICU at University Health System and organ recovery coordination for the Texas Organ Sharing Alliance. Her other work experience is in sales and as alean methodology facilitator. Kami received a BS in nutritional science from Texas A&M, a BSN from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and an MBA from University of Texas at San Antonio. Kami has found her passion in patient safety. She plans to continue to concentrate her work in patient safety in order to make healthcare a safer environment for all patients and staff.
