Alumni Commencement and YSN Reception for the Classes of 2020 and 2021

• You must be at Cross Campus in front of Berkeley College by 9:50am in order to participate. 
• Old Campus celebration begins at 10:30am
• You must be in regalia to participate (see below for pickup information). 
• There will be bag checks, you may not have a bag larger than 12” x 12
• You may have as many guests as you would like
• YSN has a tradition of being the most visually joyful school when the President announces the conferral of degrees (in this case the celebration of degrees). Feel welcome to bring ticker tape, confetti, silly string, etc.

• YSN Alumni Ceremony at the West Campus Conference Center (campus map)
• Carpooling is encouraged
• The Morgan Lane entrance will be closed. Please use “100 West Campus Drive, Orange, CT” in your GPS
• Please plan to arrive by 12:45pm to line up for the procession. 
• You are not required to wear regalia, although many in attendance will be. 
• Guests are limited to 4 per alumni which were available on Eventbrite. Children under 5yo may sit in someone’s lap. 
• Masks must be worn inside the Hopper Auditorium at the West Campus Conference Center.
• A reception will follow at the West Campus Conference Center at approximately 1 p.m. This gathering will be hosted inside with access to the outdoor terrace, weather permitting. Class of 2020 members will receive their pins at this time, and pins will be shipped to graduates who are unable to attend.
