8th Annual Elihu Day | Monday, September 24, 2018

Nearly 300 years ago, Elihu Yale made history when he donated nine bales of goods, some books, and a portrait of King George I to the Connecticut colony’s fledgling collegiate school. By way of thanks, the trustees named the school in his honor.
Today, Yale students can “Elihu” each year by joining Yale’s tradition of thanks and taking the time to send messages of gratitude to Yale’s donors. The Alumni Fund’s 8th Annual Elihu Day will be held at locations all over campus. YSN’s Elihu Day is Monday, September 24th. Please stop by the Elihu table in the Hub for treats and to sign thank you cards.
