Richard Skolnik has served in a variety of roles around the world. After 25 years with the World Bank, he became the director of the Global Health Center at The George Washington University. He also served as director of PEPFAR at Harvard, worked on vaccine initiatives, WHO working groups, and taught at Yale College, Yale School of Public Health, and Yale School of Management.
