On Monday, October 24th from 4:30 – 5:30PM the Yale Institute for Global Health will host and event on Pakistan’s Response to COVID-19 with Dr. Faisal Sultan, Former Minister of Health of Pakistan. Discussion will be moderated by Dr. Saad B. Omer, Director of the Yale Institute for Global Health.

During Pakistan’s Response to COVID-19, we will discuss the challenges of a pandemic response in a country with a federally devolved health system and the need to make real-time, data driven decisions. We will outline how these challenges were overcome, including lessons for how to respond to future pandemics.
