There, Nina founded the Centralized Follow-Up Department and served in a variety of nursing roles until she returned to school at Quinnipiac University to complete her DNP as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since graduating, Nina worked first as a primary care provider at ProHealth Physicians before returning to Planned Parenthood as clinician in 2020. Dr. Erlanger provides sexual and reproductive health care to patients of all genders. She also continues to provide primary care to patients, and is one of the clinicians at Planned Parenthood providing gender affirming hormone therapy. She is adjunct faculty at Quinnipiac University where she teaches Reproductive Health Problems in Primary Care to FNP and AGNP students. Dr. Erlanger received YSN’s WHNP preceptor award in 2023, nominated by two of her former students in clinic. She lives in Madison, CT with her husband and their 2 cats.
