Rhoda Redulla, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, FAAN

Rhoda Redulla, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, FAAN is a lecturer in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program. She completed her DNP at Johns Hopkins University, post master’s certificate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing at the University of Northern Philippines. 
 
Dr. Redulla is the Director of Nursing Excellence and Magnet® Recognition at NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP). In this role, she has overall accountability for developing and sustaining a culture of excellence and the components of the Magnet Recognition Program® for all 11 campuses at NYP. She is also the associate editor of Gastroenterology Nursing Journal and a published author of several books including “Fast Facts for Making the Most of Your Career in Nursing.” For almost a decade through 2023, she chaired the Education Committee of the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates. She is a certified Comprehensive Systematic Reviewer for the Joanna Briggs Institute and has authored numerous Cochrane evidence review summaries. Dr. Redulla is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
