Jasper Erwin Tolarba, DNP, MSN, M.Ed., RN, CNE, CGNC, FACHE, FFNMRCSI, FAANJasper Erwin Tolarba, DNP, MSN, M.Ed., RN, CNE, CGNC, FACHE, FFNMRCSI, FAAN is the inaugural Beatrice Hofstadter-White Endowed Chair for Nursing Practice, Education, Research, and Innovation at Nuvance Health System and Sacred Heart University in New York and Connecticut. Dr. Tolarba was a 2019-2020 Fulbright Research Fellow to the Kingdom of Jordan. He is a 2015 inaugural graduate of Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with concentration in Systems and Health Policy at Yale School of Nursing. He is currently completing his second doctorate at Teachers College Columbia University. Dr. Tolarba is the Founder and President of the Society of Internationally Educated Nurses in North America (SIENNA), a professional association of internationally educated nurses practicing in US and Canada. At present, he is Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society’s Liaison to the United Nations representing more than 100,000 active members and 600 chapters worldwide during high level meetings and UN Summit.
