Paula Constantine

Paula Constantine is a Geriatrics and Palliative Care nurse practitioner in Providence, Rhode Island.

Her interests lie in helping people and their families with dementia and multiple chronic conditions make decisions about how they want to live their lives. She is also interested in medical history and nurse practitioner professional issues.

Paula has a Bachelor’s in History from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, a Master’s of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in New York, a Master’s in Nursing from Boston College, in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. She also attended Oxford University, in Oxford, UK. She is honored to have been awarded the 2019 Gruber Fellowship for Nursing.

Since graduating from a master’s entry program in nursing, she has worked with patients in skilled, long-term care, assisted living, and dementia care. She was previously a newspaper writer and editor.
