Caroline Frazier

Caroline Frazier is a nurse consultant for Safety & Quality in the Nursing Department of the National Institute of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

She earned her BSN in 2007 from Regis College, and upon graduation worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital for 8 years as a nurse clinician and kidney transplant coordinator. In 2014, she received her Master’s in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore and in 2015 transitioned to Inova Fairfax Hospital where she worked as transplant quality coordinator.

In her current role, she works to “link data to the beside” by empowering nurses and leadership to utilize data for improvement initiatives. She has extensive training in Lean for Healthcare and is Six Sigma Green belt certified. She is an active member of Chi Eta Phi Sorority Inc, a professional organization of registered nurses and serves as the Vice President of the Rho Chi Chi chapter in Howard County, MD. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association and the Maryland Nurses Association.

Caroline is passionate about improving the quality, delivery, and accessibility of health care. In the future, she would like to start a non-profit organization that helps patients and families navigate the healthcare system.
