Ewelina’s clinical interests include safety, quality, and efficiency in anesthesia delivery, in different practice models. In her DNP scholarship, she would like to focus on the CRNA leadership development within the perioperative services, and throughout the healthcare systems. Additionally, her goal is to explore opportunities for the engagement and contribution of the nurse anesthetists to the provision of palliative care services in the United States. She believes that broadening of the CRNA scope of practice can transform current standards of care, and consequently benefit the growing population of palliative patients.
