Volunteer

There are many ways to stay connected as a volunteer for YSN. Become a board member, an admissions ambassador, a class agent, or even host a regional event! Please contact ysn.advancement@yale.edu to get started in a volunteer position.

Events

The Yale School of Nursing Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Affairs frequently host in-person and virtual gatherings. YSN events are designed to help you connect with classmates and learn about hot button issues in the field of nursing.

Mentor a Graduating Student

New in 2024, alumni can sign up to mentor a graduating student as they transition from students to working professionals, clinicians, executives, or whatever career paths they choose after graduation.

Signups for this program take place over the summer and matches are made in early Fall. Those who are interested or have questions can reach out to YSNAA@Yale.edu.

Join Cross Campus

Cross Campus is Yale's online networking, community-building, and mentoring program. Membership is free, open to all students and alumni, and takes just two minutes to set up.
