Transcript Request

Parchment provides official transcripts (electronic or hardcopy) for alumnai and current students in our GEPN, PMC, M.S.N. and D.N.P. programs. We will not release any transcripts until all holds on your record are cleared. 

To request a transcript:

Current students and alumni with a Yale Net ID should login through Yale Hub, navigate to the “Academic Information” tile and select “Transcript Orders.”

• Alumni and former students unable to sign in to SIS will order directly through the Parchment website.

• Students and alumni from our PhD program should contact the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.

Payment 

Online transcript orders require payment by credit or debit card. The charge is $10 per transcript. Mail and express delivery options are available for an additional fee.
