In accordance with the institution’s Academic Calendar, during the initial registration add/drop period, students may add and drop ad hoc from any course. Course schedules must be approved by the Specialty Director or designate prior to final submission to the Registrar. During this add/drop period if a course is dropped from the student’s record, the course will not appear on the transcript.
Students may withdraw from a course after the conclusion of the add/drop period with the permission of the instructor in consultation with the Specialty Director or Program Director in accordance with the institution’s Academic Calendar. A grade of “W” will appear on the transcript as a record that the student was registered for the course.
