Education Verifications

All licensure and education verification requests must be submitted via email to ysn.registrar@yale.edu. Signed consent is required to release student/alumni educational details. If you do not have your own consent form, you may use ours which can be located on our website. Requests typically take 3-5 business days to process. Allow more time during high volume periods, such as the start and end of each semester. Requests that require information or signatures outside the Registrar’s Office (i.e. Specialty Directors, Financial Aid) may require additional time.
