Vlahov will also lead a session on “Active Design for Architecture and Place Making to Prevent Chronic Disease.”
The forum’s theme is “Superstar Cities. Transforming for Success,” and Vlahov is speaking in his capacity as a subject matter expert and the Founding President of the International Society for Urban Health.
Vlahov is also the editor in chief of the Journal of Urban Health, and an article he co-authored was cited in Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta’s recent letter to state courts encouraging the implementation of eviction diversion strategies.
